All orders from The CMMOTA Shop are made to order. Please allow adequate processing time before your item ships or is ready for pick up (if you are local). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or you will receive a "ready for pick up" notice.
Because items are custom made, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
