Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped approximately 7 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or conferences), please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Please note that tank tops may take up to 10 days to ship, as we are dependent on supplier stock and delivery timelines.

You will receive an email notification to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped or is ready for local/conference pickup, depending on the shipping option selected.

All shipments are made via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking numbers provided when applicable.

Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is received damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage to initiate a replacement. Damage claims received after 24 hours may not be eligible for a resolution.

Approved damage claims will receive a replacement item only — refunds are not issued under this policy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through thecmmotashop.com are:

Only redeemable on our website
Not exchangeable for cash
Issued without an expiry date

Gift cards purchased from THECMMOTASHOP are redeemable exclusively through our official website and may be applied toward any product available for sale on thecmmotashop.ca. Gift cards are available in any denomination and do not expire.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may not be used to purchase additional gift cards and cannot be reloaded or resold. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. The cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of the gift card.

Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Personalization Policy

If you request personalized text (e.g., names or titles) on your apparel or product, we will use exactly what you input into the customization field.

Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order. We are not responsible for misspellings submitted by the customer and will not offer refunds, credits, or remakes due to input errors.

Branding Notice

As this is official CMMOTA merchandise, each product will include CMMOTA branding, even if it is not visible in the promotional photos.

On items where the CMMOTA logo is not featured prominently, branding may appear as a discreet tag, small logo on the hood or back, or other subtle forms. This is part of the design and identity of our official merchandise and is not considered a defect or grounds for return.

We reserve the right to update our policies at any time without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page before making a purchase.
